Since Tyrone’s incorporation in 1911, generations of neighbors have shaped the welcoming town we know today. Founders Day is an opportunity to honor that history, celebrate the present, and look toward what comes next.
Residents, families, businesses, organizations, and visitors come together at Shamrock Park to make new memories and experience the best of Tyrone.
Something for Everyone
From the first note on stage to the final burst of fireworks, Founders Day brings together hometown traditions, entertainment, food, and family experiences.
Local and regional performers bring music and entertainment to the main stage.
A hometown tradition bringing residents, organizations, businesses, and visitors together.
A Saturday-night fireworks finale is planned for the celebration.
Festival food, artisans, exhibitors, and local organizations add flavor and creativity to the weekend.
