Please note that CSX has notified the Town administration that they will have crews doing work on several its crossings spanning South Fulton County and Fayette County - to include a few in Tyrone - beginning February 3, 2025. The following crossings within the Town limits are scheduled for closure for 2 to 4 days each once the work begins (some closures may be simultaneous):
- Senoia Road at Dogwood Trail
- Valleywood Road
- Handley Road
- Swanson Road
We, unfortunately, have not been provided with the specific dates that Tyrone will be affected but we will provide additional details if or when they are provided to us.
