Public hearings will be held before the Tyrone Planning Commission on Thursday, April 25th, 2024 and before the Tyrone Town Council on Thursday, May 16th, 2024 at Tyrone Town Hall, 950 Senoia Road, Tyrone, GA beginning at 7:00pm. The purpose of these hearings will be to consider the following:
- A petition from applicant Clarendon Place INC to rezone a 21-acre tract with at property address 172 Palmetto Road from AR Agricultural Residential to TCMU Town Center Mixed-Use.
- A petition from applicant Clarendon Place INC to rezone a 32-acre tract with at property address 165 Palmetto Road from C-1 Community Commercial to TCMU Town Center Mixed-Use.
